Let's get back to business - Frame-A-Game

Let's get back to business

Hi all, it has been a while hasn't it.

So much has happened, since I closed the Frame-A-Game store on Friday 10 November - which seems forever ago! Even though I had to close the store, it didn't stop me from working on multiple things in the background.

First and foremost, I completed one of the three amazing projects I was fortunate to land for very special clients. One of those clients being Sledgehammer Games, where I produced a unique frame for the developers who were involved in the latest Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.

I had a much needed two-week holiday with Miss Frames, where we jetted off to the Caribbean and cruised on board P&O's Arvia. It was great to switch off, fully relax and enjoy the sunshine, as well as have some quality time for myself.

Although I have to admit that I was raring to get back to work as I have so many new and exciting things to share with you all.

New Frame-A-Game store.
I've completely transformed the website. You'll notice a new visually stunning and captivating design that allows the products to take centre stage. I have also improved and enhanced the shopping experience for customers.

Increased lead times.
Whilst I finish the second and third projects, I have decided to extend the current lead times from 7-10 to up to 20 business working days. This allows me to dedicate my time equally and continue to provide everyone with the very best service.

VAT registered.
Due to increased sales, there is a requirement for me to make Frame-A-Game VAT registered which will be complete within the next 2 months. As my customers are important to me, I have tried to absorb the costs as much as possible, however you will notice some products on the store have a slight price increase.

New products.
To give you all more choice when it comes to framing your favourite games, you will now find the following on the store.

  1. Additional options for Trilogy frames
  2. Further options for Exhibition Range frames
  3. More Steelbook Range frames (subject to availability)
  4. A new product range: The Full Sleeve Range (see this range here).

Plaque corner options.
You now have two design options to choose from, the original scalloped (inverse rounded corners) and now straight cut.

Personalised plaques.
There is no longer a charge to upgrade your release date plaque to a personalised plaque on standard frames. Personalised plaques have been reduced from £15.00 to £10.00 within the Frame Builder.

Well what can I say, it has been a very busy couple of months, and I am looking forward to kick off 2024 in style. Especially as Frame-A-Game celebrates its 2nd birthday this January! So to celebrate this milestone, I am pleased to offer you all a 15% off discount off all products*, see my store for details.
